Is sleep walking usual? what cause it?

how do you get someone to stop sleep walking? it freaks me out!

Answers:    It depends on how antiquated they are - it is not so uncommon within children. If it's a child, make sure that you pilfer precautions to keep them locked i.e. block stairs, make sure they cannot hike out of the house unnoticed, etc. If it's an adult, you may be dealing near some very serious problems & would obligation to talk near a doctor. In an adult, it can be a sign of some serious mental problems.
You can't capture them to stop and you shouldn't wake them up - it can be precarious. It's typically caused by stress. A doctor that specializes within sleep disorders may be able to give support to. Your friend should see a doctor.
