What is causing the pain and loss of strength in my right arm?

Question:
Whenever i throw a baseball for an extended period of time or paddle on a surfboard i get excruciating and sometimes debilitating pain from my shoulder down to my elbow and also numbness in my fingers. What could be causing this?

Answers:
You need to see a chiropractic physician. The vertebrae in your neck are probably slightly twisted, subluxed. It's quick, easy and inexpensive to adjust in the doctor's office.

Sounds like you might have a pinched nerve. You should see a doctor. I don't think this will heal on it's own.
It does sound very much like a pinched ulnar nerve (if htey are the last 2-fingers (or3)
You may want to get one of those ELBOW pads - I am telling you from experience - had a nerve conduction study at my neurologist and was told this
the soft elbow pad will provide a little tension on the arm and protect the elbow

To help with any pain, I had a shot of cortisone and he also did a nerve block

REST THAT ARM IF YOU CAN...
