woke up with pain in my jaw, only one side, it wont go away, do i have lock jaw? it only hurts when i open my mouth, im immunized against tetanus, what else could it be?

You can get lock jaw for many differant reasons. Have you been taking any medications? Sometimes this is a reaction. Or how about your wisdom teath? Are they still in? And how long ago was your tetanus shot? They do wear off.
