any one have anything that gives them some relief? I have had 8 Sympathetic blocks (9th on Tuesday) and am on Lyrica.I have to avoid cold and heat and any bumps to the arm...have had this for 2 years.

I would suggest talking to your doctor about some other treatments, because obviously the blocks haven't worked. My doctor moved on after 5. Do the blocks or medication help at all? My Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) has given me the most relief for my pain. I would suggest looking into one of them.
