Help I am so pathetic lol?

Question:

I have a hug problem w/ being able to swallow pills and I am 15! Grrr it's hit or miss but usually I just give up b/c I will sit there trying to get myself to just drink and swallow but its like a mental thing or something.

Any suggestions on how to learn to swallow pills? Anyone else overcome this? lol

ok im 12 and i just learned so don't feel bad. this works for me so try it. water doesn't help AT ALL. pretty much all you do is put the pill right on the hill of your tongue.(stick ur tongue out too. helps for the next part.) then knock ur head back super fast and the pill will just fall down ur throat and that is that.

i have never had a problem with this. but what i do is i just pop the pill in my mouth, preferably back of the throat. then just swallow some water. maybe, you could put the pill in a small glass of water and just drink the whole thing down in one sitting. or crush the pill up into powder and put the powder in a glass of juice. drink it that way
