How do you cure a spider bite?
Question:
Answers:
Some spiders start a flesh rotting reaction and take months to heal. I believe they are called brown recluse? Some spiders are venomous. Most bites just take time or a dose of benadryl to get better. If you don't get better within a day or two or feel short of breath see a doctor.
Do yourself a favor and get it checked out and treated. I knew a woman years back that got bit by a spider in the upper midwestern US and it turned into...gangrene? I think it was and started decaying the flesh around the sore...nasty nasty and I dont know how it turned out but for awhile it was touch and go healthwise.
Its worth the expense to get it treated, is my short answer.
go see a doctor!
They are stubborn to go away. I finally went to skin doc and he gave me antihistamine, hydroxyzine so I wouldn't scratch and a steriod gel clobetasol. It still took a couple weeks to heal and even now, a year later, I can see where some of them were by marks under my skin.
I hate spider bites.
go see a doctor my friend waited thinking it was not a big deal when she finally went the doctor had to drain the puss out of the bite now she is lift with a bad memory and an ugly scar ( but she said that tooth past helped idk i cant hurt to try )
It really depends on the type of spider that bit you. If it was a common household spider, then take two Benadryl tablets and put some hydrogen peroxide on the bite to stop the itching.
If it was a poisonous spider (if you saw the spider and it was a thick brown or thick black bodied spider) (brown recluse or black widow), then you may need more treatment. Reactions very from some itching to major allergic reactions. If you are experiencing a tighetened feeling in your throat, difficulty breathing, itching all over (or places other than where the bite occured), hives, or a fever go to the emergency room immediately. I had to go on Keflex, Bactrim, Benadryl, and Prednisone after being bit by a black widow, and was still struggling with itching and difficulty breathing nearly 9 days later.
Spider bites can be nasty!
