Is this underarm hair? Leg hair? or on top of your head hair? Cut it... it will grow back if you dont like it...
..and why would it fall out ? It you are taking chemo, then shave it until you are done with treatments..

If it took you long to grow it out, DONT CUT IT. But, if its dry, nasty and has lots of split ends, a cut and blow dry'll do ya goooood.

if it falls out before you do then buy a nice wig. they are popular among young people these days and they have some really stylish modern looking ones. -not like the ones your grandpa wears.
also buy a cool modern looking hat or start the new muslim look and cover your entire head....sexy..yeah..

well, either way, if you want to get a haircut, get one. if you hate it, you can get it cut again, or put it up. just make sure you really like what you want before you get it!

It sounds like you have reason to think that your hair will be falling out, which makes me wonder if you are undergoing chemotherapy. I think that if cutting your hair makes you more comfortable, then that's what you should do.
It depends on your style & face(?)
if you are nice with long hair, keep growing out
if you are terrible with long hair, cut it out
but I know a lot of Asian are handsome with long hair.
if you think you are not good at managing hair, you'd better cut.

I saw a lot of Philippino are handsome with long hair.
