I have to make a choice if I want to give blood, I've always wanted to, but have always chickened out, should I or shouldn't I?

Yes. It only takes about 45 minutes, and the people taking your blood have seen plenty of people who look away the whole time! (I do. I won't look at what they are doing!) It's something so many people can do and it saves lives.
just think it'll be over and the pain won't be long
course I don't know that cause I've never given blood but its comforting
