Chest, wager on and arm pains, moved out side?

I have pains surrounded by my chest which travelled into my back and d¨¦colletage and armpit, all on the vanished side.
Hurts to breathe in richly.

Not the first time this has happen.
I've been to the doctor for it and she explained it as man related to the menstrual cycle?

Any other suggestions as to what it could be?
what can I take to dull the backache?

Waking up every hour?
