Wore heels and now my toe hurts really bad. help?

im 15
wore 4 inch heels for the first time
my big toe hurts, well the bone.
a LOT
its been like that for about a month..
also it hurts when I wear certain shoes
like converse.
help

Maybe you need a bigger size shoe. Smaller shoes do that.
