i have been to the doctor and had a MRI and just got the resaults i have a abnormal miniscus that they think is causeing fractures in my knee its only my right knee i am going in to the doctor again but not for a long time i work out every day and want to know what exersices dont involve bending or straining the knee i have had this problem for about 2 years

Until you resolve the problem with your knee cartilage you should probably stick with stretching and range of motion.
