My dad pulls muscles in his back at least once a year. Try heating pads, painkillers like Aleve and not moving unless you have to.
Goto the doctors.
Get a warm oil massage. Have someone do it for you and rub the spot where it hurts with warm hands. It should make it warm it up and quicken the healing process.
You can also try a heating pad. Place it on the area where the muscle hurts. dont make it sooo hot that it burns your skin...just a light warmth. feel better!
Don't ice it. Use a heating pad and take some motrin. I hope it feels better!
i suggest you ask a older sib, parent, or grandparent to put balm on you, and then wrap ur leg around with a bandage or a cloth of some kind
