I cut my thumb?

Question:
Today i was cutting up apples, but i had accidentally cut my thumb. The cut doesn't seem much of a deep cut since it had stop bleeding as soon as i put a dab of neosporn on it and a cloth and wrapped it tightly.

Would i need stitches?
Or should i just let it heal and and keep it clean?

Answers:
go and get it checked out. If the cut seems someone deep, then u will need stitches.
You are the only one that can judge if you need further medical attention. However, if you have cleaned the cut and it is closed and not bleeding, you may try a band-aid and keep it clean and dry. Usually stitches are needed when a wound won't close or it is in a spot that will cause it to break open easily.
You don't need stitching as long as the edges of the wound have good approximation. Let it heal and keep it clean. Avoid opening it repeatedly. As much as possible avoid wetting it for at least 5-7 days. If the cut is over the joint, try to apply a splint in order to immobilize it or avoid unnecessary movement in order to maintain the good approximation of the wound, thus it will have a very good healing process.
it didn't sound too deep or big so it will be fine in abit just keep it clean and then it will be ok
