it really hurts, to pain is just located just below the belly button... i know its not LBM or diarrhea, what could it possibly be?i am experiencing this pain for two days already... pls answer...(currently experiencing pain and discomfort know)

Rule of thumb...if any pain is very severe and/or lasts for longer than a few days, you should go to the ER immediately.

If you are a girl it might be your periods. Buy a book about it.
If you are a boy then see a doctor. He'll discover what it is.
