Answers:
you probably just bruised yur heals. If it doesnt go away in a few weeks maybe go see a doctor
you probably bruised your bone...you need to rest your feet and just wait.take some advil etc.good luck!
You may have a broken bone in either foot. It's time to suck it up and see a physician.
You should probably go to the doctor since it's been a week. I have to hurt my feet from running in flat shoes, and it wasn't that serious, but because you were on concrete and you jumped from so high I would be concerned. If you don't think you need to go the doctor for sure yet maybe you could call and talk to him/her about your situation and get profesional help.
Good luck & I hope you feel better!
Xoxo!
go to hospital and get it x-rayed to see if anything is broken. i know someone who jumped from 6ft, landed badly and broke both ankles.
hey i do parkour (look it up on youtube if you dont know what it is) and i jump from stuff that tall alot it all depends on how you landed you may have rolled your ankle in the landing or you may have landed with your feet flat i would just go to the doctor or call him and explain it to them p.s. if you want to jump from stuff that tall you should land on your toes it dosent hurt so much
You're about a week late in going to the hospital. I cannot tell you how critically important it is that you get this x-rayed ASAP. It sounds like you broke a heel-bone or two The calcaneus -heel-bone -is the worst bone in the body to break and they take forever to heal and can hurt for years.
They break as a result of a fall and break from the top down as a result of the tibia slamming into the calcaneus and creating major ,minor and micro fractures.
If you place a loose fist on the table with the thumb up and then press down hard on it you will notice that your fingers spread out.
That is the basic mechanism of the fracturing process.
Please get to the hospital and get this taken care of before you do more possibly irreparable damage.
