A small lump on my knee that moves. It doesn't hurt and its normal colour. PLEASE HELP!?

Question:
I was just watching Tv when I ran my hand overf my knee and noticed a small bump, a bit smaller than an eraser on a pencil. When I touched it again, it moved around. I haven't falling or even hurt my knee, I don't know what it is. Like I said, there's no pain or discolouration. Should I see a doctor?

Answers:
Don't go hyper. I'd guarantee my annual wage that it it is not cancer. Have the doc check it out (as if he would pay attention), on your next visit.
