stretch your musclesout by doing jumping jacks. and then take a hot bath. it helps relax your muscles, i know its hard but they loosen up when u get into it.

Prepare this oil at home. Mix 3 tablespoons of Mustard & Sesame oils in equal proportions. You can make more if it is insuffecient. Warm this oil, let it be tolerably hot, & massage it all over your body without applying pressure. Remember to massage using upward strokes from the legs upwards, massage should always be done towards the heart to improve blood circulation.
Do not let the oil cool down. Soon after this, take a warm to hot shower. Use a fine variety of Horse gram powder instead of Soap & apply it on you body. You may feel that the oil is remaining on the body, but it will get absorbed soon. Add a spoon of Honey to a glass of Warm Milk & drink 1 hour before you go to bed. DO THIS WHOLE PROCESS FOR AT LEAST 4 - 5 NIGHTS. GO TO BED EARLY , BY 10 PM. Getting good quality sleep, resting your body & mins is very important.
