Answers:
I've had very good results with acupuncture. I'm also a mom of 3 little kids and was desperate to find something that works. I've gone to a chiropractor also for many years and that also helps tremendously. I go to both depending on what the problem is. They both have changed my life so I could live without pain.

Good luck to you.
maybe you can wear a small back wrap with kids or drink water to it could be kidneys just dnt bend a few days maybe it will work its self out
Go to your doctor again. Explain that the muscle relaxants did not work. There are stronger analgesics, such as tramadol (which belong to the opiod group), which are very effective pain relievers. If all kinds of medications have been exhausted, your doctor can refer you to an orthopaedic surgeon, who may suggest that you get an injection in the back to block the nerves that are causing the pain. This method usually gives pretty good relief for a long time, but the pain may return. Your doctor may also suggest you undergo an MRI scan to determine if there is any need for surgery.
I had spinal surgery for mine, yeah it took away the spasms but I still have an achy sore back.
