How can i get away from sleep problem?


Question:
i'm 14 years old and everynight i couldn't within 1 hour ,when i close my eyes every activities happened in mind . it just doesn't want to sleep and it makes feel so dizzy when i wake up the next morning.

and one more thing i wanted to ask is, you know when someone is not enough sleep they have black spot on the under eyebow how can i clear it?

Answers:
Don't watch too much action-packed movies or play too much computer games before bedtime. This is because your mind/brain will still be on high "note" when you go to sleep and it takes time for it to calm and settle down.

Cease all computer games 2 hrs before sleep. Watch relaxing movies or light comedies on TV.

Do exercise in the morning, or afternoon or early evening, for say 30 mins per session, 3 -4 times per week. Exercise promotes sleep - and the sleep is of the sounder, deeper kind.
