Question:
frequent pain in the right side of the head (upper) specially a nerve/vein. appearence of grey hairs in that region only. am 24, 38 kilos, 5 ft. 6-8 hours of sleep a day. work with PC for 9 hours. left eye -0.5 & right eye -0.75. i use spectacles. it plucks wen i press the nerve/vein. frequent palpitation of right eyelid. no family history of this problem. kindly giv the cause and solution for the problem.

i would say see a doctor but i am curious to see what kind of answers you get as i am on here right now due to being woke up by a feeling of being stapped in the right side of my head also and i have been experiencing headaches almost every day for weeks now..lol i should see a doctor too

better to have a neurologist appointment. start medications.
yoga like pranaya can reduce the pain. practice it it is good to take care of you and other undeducted problems you might have as you are always on chair with PC in front of you.
