Pain in right knee due to a fall?

Question:
i had a surgery to repair my knee from an acl injury (they used my hamstring tendon for the graft), and i am in therapy right now... i still can't bend my knee all the way, going up to 141 degrees, whereas the other goes to 145... and i can't squat all the way down... so, yesterday, i was walking and slipped on a hill, wet grass, and suddenly squatted down all the way cuz of the fall instead of falling on my butt... my left knee is great, but my right one hurts... i know its not an acl tear cuz i can tell from the pain... the pain instead is mostly around the upper calfs... and when i try to extend my leg, theres pain on the lower side, from the hamstring to the calf... do, i need to be worried, or is this a normal thing, and heals itself?

Answers:
Call your dr.!!!
Sounds like a muscle strain or possibly a tear from the trauma of the fall. You could see a doctor about it, but they will just tell you the same thing I just did and charge you an assload for the X-rays to confirm nothing is broken.
