Eye twitches are a symptom of being tired. Rest and they should go away.
eye twiches with involuntary muscles so there is pretty much nothing to do
I think its your nerves...are you upset about something? Too much caffeine can also cause twitches.
I get them quite often - they usually last a few hours and go away. I asked my doctor who said they can be caused by poor sleep patterns, or simple muscle contractions. Just give it a few hours - it'll go away (and honestly, I've never come across someone who actually noticed my eye twitching until I said something so just don't say anything).
If it's the eye that is twitching and not the eye LID, and the twitch is constant and permanent, then there is a medical name for this condition and there is no known cure.

My wife has this condition and while sometimes it is worse than others, it always is twitching to some degree. She is unqualified for any lasic eye surgury due to this condition.
Eye twitches are caused by muscle spasms, can be brought on by severe stress or anxiety or too little sleep. Anti-anxiety pills (Paxil or Lexapro) helped me. The twitching will eventually go away when you remove yourself from the situation that is causing the spasms
you need to take a daily vitamin and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night...eye twitches can be caused by not enough sleep or a vitamin deficiency...
A magnesium deficiency often causes twitching and spasms.
I've been having eye twitches for the past 3 days so that's what brought me to your question. I recently read where eye twitches can be caused by fatigue, stress, dehydration, and vitamin deficiency, as others have mentioned, but they can also be caused by staring at the computer screen for long periods of time on a daily basis (which I'm sure is the reason I'm having them now!) Twitches are relatively harmless and should go away within a few days if you change your habits (i.e. get more sleep, de-stress, stop staring at the computer screen so much, etc.) I've also heard where gently massaging the area that is twitching may temporairly help a little as well. Hope this helps!
