drink a butload of water then just jump in place for 3 mins...your legs should tire and it'll be easier to sleep.

Switch off the comp and try some reading or doing some of your homework (always used to put me to sleep :-)). If nothing works tell your parents.
Hey 1st thing switch off Ur computer, go to bath room. fill that bath but with warm water no too hot no too cold just warm. add some good fragrance and spoon of salt. relax ur self in bath and think ur all worries are going in water.. wrap ur self in towel then wear us night dress go to bed u will get sleep
