Help on headache?

Question:
I've had a headache since monday. It is on and off and usually goes away over the night. Then around mid morning it is back. It is mostly dull pain or nothing at all but when I put my head upside down or lean forward it feels like pressure or something and that hurts. It is mostly on one side to the front kind of near my eye except when leaning forward then it is everywhere. When I first get up from laying down or have my head tilted to one side. When I walk I fel it too with every step I take. What kind is this and what can I do to get rid of it?

Answers:
Sounds like a tension headache or a sinus one. If you were throwing up and sensitive to light I'd say migraine. I try an over the counter remedy first. Something to help with the sinus pressure. If it doesn't get better-Have it check out. But I wouldn't worry til then. I use to get a lot.
Sinus pain generally isn't on one side. I think I'd actually see a doctor for this. I have headaches that linger, too, but the fact that the pain seems to focus on one side, then "move" as you do is a suggestion to me that something isn't right.
take some sinus meds see if that helps if you go to the doc he may also put you on a mild muscle relaxer to releive tension if it from muscle tension in your neck that is causing it and try to get good rest and drink plenty of water if it worsens then you should see someone take care and good luck
it sounds like your sleeping wrong or with your neck kinked up.try sleeping anther way or with or with out pillows.if it really bothersome call your doctor.
