yup... my dad used it .. and it worked pretty well, but the best would be garlic... it sounds weird.. but it works..aloe vera is mostly for the skin like acne, but i think it would me okay for hairloss too

I have not heard of a single person applying a substance (organic, nonchemical) and massaging it in their scalp, and having it improve male or female pattern hairloss.

Aloe vera contains some B vitamins. Inositol is one B vitamin that can sometimes be very effective at regrowing hair. Tell him to take a B100 vitamin. They're pretty cheap and its possible they could do a lot of good.
Aloe helps best for hair fall.it also nourishes hair n smooth en them. i also suggest vit E capsule ans proper diet to him.avoid too much of spicy and oily food.
make sure he is not running under stress. and one more thing don't he have inherited from parents..

I am acctually in the process of starting to use it and i will try everything. that was just posted the dieting and excersizing. the pure aloe vera, and crushed garlic. lol I know it sounds funny but i just started to loose my hair and i know its because of stress and not heraditary. because no one in my family is bald but i will start using it tomorow and will see the results. I just don't know about the viniger and shampoo but might as well try that too. i really got nothing to loose at this point.
