WHAT HAPpENS WHEN YOU GET SUNBURNED?

Question:
DOES YOUR SKIN JUST, BURN. OR IS IT LIKE THE MOISTURE BOILING UP. THANKS!

Answers:
Your skin just burns. Also the UV has a mutogenic effect on cells that are not killed, this is why it increases the risk of skin cancer.
Not sure, but it's not good and can cause skin cancer.
I think your skin cells get destroied and their cell walls and stuff break down it can lead to cancer!
it hurrrrrttttsssssss......
You burn your skin. It's not very healthy and best avoided really.
I dont know for certain, but I would bet it happens to do with some of the moisture, because then you get those little white bumps and if popped, which they shouldd not be popped til they do so naturaly, when they do pop it seems to be water comming out.
Sorry that was a lot of rambling.
If you do have sunburn, there are lots of things to do for it, but you didnt ask for that.: P
it literally cooks. It heats up in the sun,and you know how if you touch a sunburn its hot...its like putting meat on a hot plate. It will still cook.Hence when your skin is hot, your skin is still cooking.Dont put ice on them eather, presonal experience.
Don't let it happen - use plenty of suncream. You dehydrate your skin and look old and I expect it hurts!!
