ICE 20 minutes on 20 minutes off.
then flex it extending your arm with your thumb pointed away from you as far as you can. slowly bend it back if you can till u touch your shoulder. repeat.
it worked for him but it took a while. my quick fix is ice and sports creme which relaxes your muscles as u rub it on. similar to icy-hot but with out the temp changes.
Ice- Ace- Elevate- you can also alternate with heat compresses. If this continues, please go see the Dr. Take care and good luck!
