Since I became a vegetarian I have a keep getting a dull-headache, what's the cause of this?

Question:
Since I stopped eating meat about a month ago I keep getting this dull head-ache in my head. It's not particularly painful, just an awkward and annoying feeling to have to deal with constantly.

Am I missing some component in my diet that is causing this?

Answers:
Chosing to become a vegetarian is the first step for a healthy life. I'm not saying that all those who eat meat are unhealthy. But being vegetarian keeps you free from all toxics and lot of other health-related issues. (And a guilt-free conscience for some people!)

Now coming to your dull head-aches, you may have to review your diet. What do you eat in place of meat? Are you consuming sufficient fruits, milk, vegetables? There are lot of websites which suggest you the right diet plan especially for the ones who have 'converted' to vegetarians.

It may be a psychological one too. May be you are too conscious about switching over to vegeterianism.

There is also a possibility that your head-aches have got nothing to do with you becoming a vegetarian. There could be various other factors like sudden change in your lifestyle, stress, weather, travel etc. Or even a nasty boss at your workplace! :-) When was the last you got your eyes checked? If your head-aches continue or become more persistent please visit a doctor.
Possibly you are not eating enough protein for your body type.

There are many forms of protein outside of meat so this doesn't necessarily mean you need to start eating meat again, just learn about how to feed your body enough protein each day through other sources.

Another thing you need to remember is to get enough essential fatty acids, not sure if you would be willing to get that through cod liver oil or fish oil capsules, but both are excellent sources.
Cause- a dull diet, u need more protien- man was bioloigcally meant to eat meat. eat so meat and u will be fine
