Stung by a bee?

Question:
I was stung by a bee yesterday and today it is swollen and itchy. What can i do to make the swelling go down and stop the itch?

Answers:
If it's swelling, itchy, and has a rash, you probably have what's called a delayed histamine reaction, which is a very mild reaction to the bee's venom. Benadryl and a doctor's prescription is the cure. Remember that if you have streaking from the wound, nausea, vomiting, swelling of the throat, tingling of the lips/tongue, or any other adverse effects, YOU NEED TO GET HELP IMMEDIATELY.
make sure you pulled the stinger out! otherwise it will still dispense the poison
Ice and honey. Then get an antibiotic, anti-itch cream.
Take a Benedryl and then ice where you got stung. And also have a Doctor check it out to make sure you are not allergic to it.
YOU ARE ALLERGIC! BELIEVE ME! you need to see a doctor, i had the same thing, it started out small, and the next time it happened i needed an IV feeding me medicin in the hospital because it swelled so much. see a doctor and get an Epipen
