He has been having abdominal pain that is sometimes on the right side and then the left and middle. He has been having diarea and nasae. Please help. its been hurting for 3 days.

See a doctor, there's lots of things that could be wrong.
he could have the flu or appendicitis. I would take him to the dr's. they would be able to tell you whats wrong.
3 DAYS! Get him to a doctor and quickly!
