yes, if there were enough trauma, like a head bleed and swelling, but I would think there would be other symptoms as well, not just being unconscious. If there is some neurological damage, or like I said, a significant bleed , I suppose. If you know of someone who was, then they need care. If they were "knocked-out due to alcohol, I would be very, very concerned that they have alcohol poisoning, and that can kill them, and I would seek help immediately. Is this person still "out", 'cause if so... u might want to make sure they are BREATHING!!
