I Can't Sleep! I Need Help!?


Question:
Can anyone put a spell on me or something!? I just cant sleep. It's funny when i want to sleep I can't but when its the middle of the day and I feel tried I cant sleep either. I'm only 14 im getting pale and starting to look red around the eyes. I need help. Its like 2:15 in florida

Some of the other ideas are good but combine them with some of these ones. Try and stick to the same routine every night. Have dinner, have a shower, wash your face and brush your teeth. Have a cup of tea or some warm milk and hop into bed. DON'T do exercise before bed as this will wake you up and increase the serotonin and endorphin levels in your body. Lie quietly in bed and concentrate on your breathing. Taking in slow deep breaths and letting it out slowly.

It is not a good idea to read or watch T.V in bed as this is increasing the brain function and waking up the mind. If you cannot get to sleep within 20 minutes of turning out the light, get up and read or have a glass of warm milk. When you are feeling tired, go back to bed and try again.

If this is not working after a couple of times of getting up after 20 minutes, then you may want to consider having some Valerian tablets. It is a herbal tablet used in the aid of sleep and is not addictive. You could also try and put a drop or two of lavender oil on your pillow to aid in falling asleep.

im having the same problem lol but im not looking pale or nuthing lol my buddies joke around and call me a vampire lol cuz i sleep all day and stay up till 6:00 at night and er bodys sleepin and waking up im just never tired lol
make sure u are getting exercise...u need to tire out a little.
also have a routine...
at the same time every night brush yr teeth, wash yr face, go 2 bed read for a while and turn the light off. then just relax and it'll come.
try to get melotonin capsules.


They help a lot and will put you to sleep like a baby!

If not, take linden tea

that calms you down and puts you to sleep.
woww. usually, i will wash my face. or else, get a bath. haha i know it's not good to bath at night time. maybe you could do something which will make you tired, such as exercise! so, when u are tired, you will have time to nap, and straight away go to sleep! or else, read an old old history book, sure you'll get sleepy girl :)))
Hmmm maybe you should count sheep. LOL Just kidding. How about watching informercails. That always makes me go to sleep. haha but what the heck. Or try having complete silence in your room. This always works for me too!! Hope it works!
