It depends on your weight and gender but its about one ounce of alcohol per hour. Some people oxidize it a little faster or slower.
One drink ( a beer, glass of wine, or hard liquor) takes roughly one hour to leave the body completely.
There is no simple answer to this question as there are many variables. A simple rule that is often followed is that your body will eliminate one drink (defined as one beer or one ounce of liquor) per hour.

Factors Affecting Alcohol Absorption

There are numerous factors that will affect how quickly alcohol is absorbed into your body. It is important to remember to eat before you drink as this will help slow down the absorption rate. It is also important for a woman to realize that even if she is the same height and weight as her male counterpart and they are matching drink for drink, she will always have a higher Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) at the end of the evening. The reason this is the case is women do not produce as much of the enzyme that breaks down alcohol. Women's alcohol absorption rates are also affected by birth control pills as well as their menstrual cycle

Weight - the higher your weight, the lower your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) will be
Gender - Men produce more of the enzyme that breaks down alcohol
Food - the more food you eat, especially protein, before you drink, the lower your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) will be
Emotional state - Alcohol is a depressant and will enhance your current emotional state. For example, if you are upset before you start drinking at the end of the night your mood will be lower than it was at the beginning of the evening
Drinking Rate - Chugging drinks and doing shots results in a large amount of alcohol entering your body in a short amount of time. Your body cannot process alcohol at a fast pace resulting in a higher BAC.
