I can never sleep at night time any tips?

read before bed, take a nice warm bath, turn off the pc and tv, take melatonin, excercise at some point during the day to get more tired
Stop watching TV, being on the PC at night.
Take Sleeping pills like Ambien or any OTC aide.
it is the PC i bet that is keeping you awake
o gosh i have the same problem- maybe try turning on a fan- it helps me. its soothing. i also wear a sleep mask and that keeps light out, and helps a little i suppose. other than that, sleeping pills...?
I have the same problem sometimes. I find that if i excersise earlier in the day...i sleep better at night. If i do it in the late evening, it gives me too much energy and cant't get to sleep early! I actually count "sheep" and try to relax. Also i downloaded some relaxation music from itunes and it helps me unwind.
I take one benedryl (not daytime ones)...It makes me sleepy in a bout an hr. Also, Melatonan helps..you can get it over the counter. Ask the pharmacist about it. I also sleep on flowered sheets and quilt and spray my pillow with light perfume. Keep out all light if you can.I turn on a fan or ac to block the other sounds...and to keep cool. I turn the tv away from me, set it on 30 min. and fall asleep before it goes off. Doesn't mean I sleep good...but at least I get to sleep. Dreams are a different story !! Good Luck! You probably have a lot on your mind. I would suggest praying to Jesus to give you rest and a clear mind so that you can sleep. I guarantee it works. I do it all the time!
