Carpal Tunnel?

Question:
Does anybody have Carpal Tunnel and nerve damage? If so what did you do about it? therapy, meds, surgery...

Answers:
Doctors rarely do surgery for carpal tunnel now days. I have carpal tunnel and I was given a brace to force my wrists into the correct position. They do help and since then, the numbness and tingling have subsided. Your best bet is to see a doctor. He may suggest some exercises for your wrists or the braces. But every case is different. Good luck.
