The natural wax lining your ear canal will no doubt cause it to die quickly. Don't worry, the eardrum will keep it from getting into the middle ear. Buy some ear drops (cleansing type) from the drugstore and follow the directions -- it's dead body will flush out with the wax.

My guess is that you will be okay, seeing as I do not believe that there are any holes leading into your body from your ear big enough for a fruit fly.
Hurry, get a flashlight and turn it on and shine it in your ear. It will come to the light - If you haven't killed it trying to get it out!! Good Luck...BZZZZZ
get some olive oil .put 3-4 drop oil in your ear.fly will come with oil.it happens few year ago. my sister put oil in my ear and a black ant came of.
