I have chipped bone at end of my tibula. What can ortho do for this? Foot is very swollen over ankle area.?

Question: I fell and twisted my ankle under me, have had xray but not been to Dr yet. Thanks for any help!!

it depends on how much is chipped ,normally avulsion or in your word chipped can be fixed by multiple sutures Kirschner wires or some screw.it all depends on how is it chipped.
