Please everyone here could just tell me what are the bad habitts that we commit against our health and body?

iam suffering health beark down at the age of 23 how would be when i get older i find it too bad i don't take care of my health i treat my body badly no sport less food bad way of sleeping unfortunatly i know these point but i need you to tell me more about that your experience how do you see my case "do i suffere from psychological situation" tell me what can I do i want my good health back i want to be normal i got fed up always ill feeling sick bad can't do anything i want to ba active as i used to be i feel as iam 60years old helpppppp

No need to feel that bad. Lately, i, too suffered from low self- esteem. This may be from stress or a deep depression due to some problems in you life. Well gradually I'm recovering myself by some good health habits. I think you should do so. Forget about your stress. Start by liking yourself and believe in yourself. Start from having a balance diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water to eliminate toxin fro your body. By doing so you will feel more energetics and lively. Also you says in your previous question suffering from anemia. And by eating lean meat could help your health problem. Exercises a lot. If you don't have enough time, do it a least once in a week. Groom yourself by doing your facial, manicure et pedicure each week( sorry don't know the right English words for them). Pay attention to the way you dress yourself. It is basically what you have said. One needs to eat healthy, do some kind of exercise and not pollute the body by smoking or drinking a lot. Most doctors say that the leading causes of diseases are mis treating the body. Not eating full meals, and being lazy and not exercising occasionaly will lower your immune system and make it harder for one to stay healthy. Another important thing is lack of sleep. Lack of sleep will make any problem, emotional or physical, worse. Your body regenerates when you are asleep and gets the rest it needs to tackle the many obstacles of the day, 6-9 hours of sleep is the recomended amount.
