Are there drugs which if taken mimic certain diseased conditions with out actually giving you the disease?

for eg:if we wanted to experience chills and rigours (malaria),we could take a pill which would give us chills and rigours so that we know what it feels like for the patients(with out me ever having suffered from malaria)

Answers:
Not necessarily a pill, but vaccines give you a "taste" of the disease so as to build your immune system. Along the way, you may experience the effects and symptoms of that certain disease. I actually got chicken pox when I was 12 because of the vaccine...It was pretty mild, though...
