Definitely go and see your doctor if it continues. It'll put your mind at rest if you know what it is, people on here can only guess whereas doctors are qualified to know when they see you in person.
It sounds a bit like the start of migraines, best to see your doctor and have a word with him/her. They can help you better...

Had the same symptons a couple of months back. Doctor said it probably a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics which cleared it. Go to your doctors and take painkillers.
sounds like a migrane. i'd try and 1. get lots of fluids, 2. avoid bright lights, 3. sleep it off 4. take some paracetamol. its should go in a few days. if you get one again go to the dr. feel better!
Saw this on the tv a few days ago. Two women were advertising a book that they wrote and they were demonstrating a remedy for headaches. Peel the skin from a lemon and place in peeled side down on your forehead and tie it on with a wrap. Leave it on until the headache goes away. It is not the most fashionable statement but they swear that it works. Hope this helps.
I tend to get headaches which sit over one eye - they can get really bad if I don't take painkillers, eventually making me violently sick, and when they eventually go leave my eyes feeling strained. They are not always in the same area, don't always affect me in the same way and can sometimes go and then come back like yours - after work each night or at a certain time of the day. I am a migrane sufferer.
I would try to relax as much as you can, take some strong painkillers, run a bath, perhaps something cool on your forehead then get an early night. Relaxing is usually part of the key as well as getting a break from computer screens/tv's etc. I would consult your doctor tomorrow.
Talk to your doctor. This could be a symptom of a type of illness...have them check it out for you, and don't forget to leave out any symptoms that you are experiencing...
for the headache, on the bridge of your nose...around the height of your tear ducts, push down as firmly as possible without injuring yourself. Then, after 10 seconds, with the same amount of pressure, pull your fingers up and around so they are following your eyebrows to your temples (slowly). Then softly massage your temples for about 15-20 seconds...and if necessary, repeat...do that a couple times and then your headache should disappear, or at least weaken.
