ok i went to the doctor this morning and got gardisel hepitias a tecnas and something meningitas shots in my arms ... 2in each arm and that was like 3 hours ago... now im extreamly tired... is that normal?

Is fatigue the only symptom you have? If you develop a fever, rash, or you start to feel nauseous, you need to see a doctor right away. If you don't have any of these symptoms, and just feel fatigued, there's probably nothing to worry about. Your body is busy making antibodies for all the organisms that were just put into your system, and that's draining you of energy. Take a little nap and you should be back to normal by tomorrow. Your arm might also feel a little sore from the shots...
