I was pitching a whiffle ball and my bicep started hurting real bad what could that be?

Question:
i played again seven days later and the same happened, iced and it went away in the morning,

Answers:
You might be throwing too hard. the ball is extremely light and you can strain/sprain your arm because of it..
Be thankful you don't have to pitch a real baseball. . .all the added weight, you could REALLY hurt yourself!
sounds like just a pulled or cramped muscle. you need to baby it when you pitch. some injuries can be chronic, you may always have it from now on, so make sure you take precautions when you pitch. also getting plenty of potassium in your diet helps with pulled muscle cramps.
