hi i have been having strange pains in my neck that dont feel muscular and they come and go.The pain in on the side on my neck round half way up both sides sometimes.this pain makes me feel nauseas and a bit scared and panicky i imagine its blood strugging to circulate to my brain or theres a clot in my body somewhere affecting the flow.the pain sometimes goes in to my head on the side its hurting too.like stabbing pains, today i felt the pain all day on the right side of my neck with only few times did it go away for 20 minutes or so and bout 1 hour ago it hurt where my collar bone and neck meet for 5 mins and went again.i have to keep touching the area as im scared and my skin is all hot from that or somthing else.Im just trying to get answers or anything as im actually scared because it doesnt feel like an injury type of pain.Im 25 years old non smoker for 5 months and i dont drink at all.any answers please (i also have pains in my arms and fingers and legs at sporadic moments)

Answers:
I would definitely have it checked out even if it isn't every day...Have them do an MRI or MRA...(I think it's the MRA)
This will track your circulation in the neck/ head region to make sure all is working properly...

I had a stroke at the age of 30, (not overweight, don't smoke, no high blood pressure, no high cholesterol, don't drink), and they really didn't know what caused it... (they think bc pills)

I just think it's better to be safe than sorry...The doctor might have you start taking a baby aspirin every day to thin the blood, making it easier for the heart.
Get your butt to the doctor and find out what it is! It's better to know what it is (even if that's scary to you) than to imagine all kinds of horrible scenerios. I have had neck problems most of my teen/adult life and believe me, it is better to take care of it at the start than to wait and freak yourself out or maybe even make it worse. Be careful with it, maybe some Ben Gay. I wouldn't use heat or ice on it until you see the doctor.
Please, just go see the doctor.
I have some of the same symptoms that you describe. It is hard. The reason for my pain was four bone spurs that were cutting into my spinal cord and two of my bones in my neck had to be replaced. I strongly recommend that you see a neurosurgeon. Don't forget the greatest physician, God. Good Luck!
