I drink tons of water every day.. sometimes i over hydrate myself.I go to the bathroom before going to bed, "is not my bladder". I went to the docotr, they checked it and nothing is worng with them. Any suggestions ? anything that i can be doing to cause that?

Answers:
ive recently had kidney stones your symtoms sound a bit the same, if your havingalot of calcium try and cut it down as kidney stones are balls of calcium, but then im no doctor so if its still painful go back to your gp.
Your pregnant, congratulations!
Well how long ago was it you went the doctor? If so I would just go again and ask them to examine you completely, they could of missed something important. Not to try and scare you or anything.
are you drinking too much
over hydrating can be more dangerous. STOP. go to your doc.today. or the e-room of local hospital you could be damaging yourself MODERATION
you need your kidneys to survive. don't take for granted.
no alcohol
get a really good bad, not too hard, pocket sprung
i got the same mate i just put up with it
How do you "know" it is the kidneys? Are you a doctor?

I think that you really should cut down on fluid intake but if you go to the toilet before you go to sleep and not during the night [or worse whilst asleep] I doubt there is really much wrong...
It can be quite dangerous to drink to much water. If you have pains in your kidneys than your doctor would defiantly want to find out why, so you should make an appointment and go back as soon as possible. It could be some type of infection, but it defiantly need to be properly investigated.
