I put both of my hands on the chair handle and life myself up but on my right arm (the whole of it not the hands or wrist though) it hurts badly i think its something to do with when i shew dad and my step mum this trick where arm is smaller than the other (i pushed my side arm right one onto the wall for 30 seconds and then after shew them i shook then and it did hurt a little) and today when i went to move my arm i couldnt or it would be too much pain and ime just really scared will this go away? i dont want to go to the doctors because theyre scary, lol i know ime a wimp.

I think you stretched or pulled a ligament. That's the "springs" at each ends of a muscle. Very painfull and not easy to heal.
There is some cream off the shelves for that sort of thing. Better ask your chemist if you dont want to see a doctor. Good luck.

it might have started hurting when you did that well put a ice pack or heat on it or get some ice hot to put on it
How are we suppose to know what is wrong with it. I suggest you tell your parents so they can decide. You probably just pulled a muscle or something. I doubt it is anything serious enough to warrant a visit to the doctor. Give it some time and rest. Wrap it up in an ace bandage if it hurts too much to move.
