I'm a 16 year old volleyball player. Never usually have problems with my muscles, but just recently my hamstring and hip muscles tighten up really bad when i start moving. I stretch before and after exercising. and now if i just jog my upper leg muscles tighten and i feel like i'm going to pull something and i don't want to move. Any ideas what is wrong with me?
