you can use a small sheet or towel or even a pillow case. If u have apiece of cloth about 24 inces long just fold it in half to make a triangle and there u go
You can use a scarf or any cloth material to make an arm sling.
use a pillow case and fold it and pin it with safety pins.
Get a large Kerchief, fold it cross wise to form a triangle, Put your arm in the middle of it, Now you have to tie it around your neck.(might need help) take the front piece and reach across to the right shoulder, and the back piece bring up to meet it and then tie it . and your all set.
