Your Muscles are tired
If the pain is underneath the foot in the middle, or aling the top, it could be fallen arches - caused by wearing the wrong running shoes. You may need a pair with more support in the arch
you might have pulled like a muscle or you have a knot .so you should like rub your feet where ever it hurts like dig your thumb into it to like relax it and get out the tension.hope it helps.
Does it feel like muscle pain down the middle of the bottom of your foot? If so, it may be Plantar Fasciitis, a "painful inflammation of the bottom of the foot between the ball of the foot and the heel."

Its probably from your increased running. The best thing you can do is rest you foot. Other things you can do are: make sure you stretch the bottom of the foot, applying ice a few times a day, taking anti-inflammatory meds such as aspirin, and wearing heel cushions in your shoes.

The best thing to do would be to talk to your trainer, coach, or doctor and see what they reccommend for you.
