Sleeping problem?
Question:
Answers:
You may not be breathing well at night, and this is causing you not to be able to get the sleep you need, maybe you should try breath right strips and see if it helps. If you snore a lot at night this might be the reason! Good Luck!
It could be that you are not getting enough sleep. Getting 7 hours of sleep is absolutely needed, since you do physical work you need the sleep even more so that you can build muscles to help with your job. Even when you get the target amount of sleep you will find that you do not want to get up right when you wake up, try setting your alarm for 10 minutes before you need to wake up and hit the snooze button twice. This will make it seem like you slept for a lot more time than you actually did and you might have a easier time getting up. You need to find how much sleep you really need and once you find that it will be very easy to get up once you are up. Another thing to remove the "sleep" from your face is to take a shower in the morning and wash your face. It might sound girlie but try getting a moisturizer and applying it before and after you sleep. Rubbing your face will sort of "wake up" your muscles and perhaps remove the sleep look. Now if you are getting enough sleep or going to bed when you need to it might be that you are waking up in the middle of the night, make sure when you go to sleep that every distraction is away so that you can get a good nights sleep. Good Luck!

How much sleep ARE you getting?
You don't actually say. What is your diet like? That can have an effect on your skin too (an ENORMOUS effect in fact!)
Try using a mild antiseptic on your eyes - cucumber slices work wonders!
You're just knackered. Go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time - set an alarm. make sure you get a good 10 hours. you can cut that to 9 hours when you're feeling and looking better. When you feel great maybe take it down to 8 hours. But if you work hard - you probably need 9 hours. Don't try to catch up at weekends - it doesn't really work.
You probaly need more sleep
