Answers:
If your numbers are accurate, your blood pressure is dangerously high. You need to get medical attention.
You need to get to a doctor asap. I am a nurse who works on a telemetry floor with cardiac patients. That blood pressure is dangerous. You could have a stroke, heart attack or worse you could die.
How much do you weigh? When my blood pressure is high, it is usually because I have gained a few pounds and I have not been exercising regularly. I suggest that you increase your daily exercise and really try to lose a little weight. For me, I need aerobic exercise at least 5 days a week. I also have heard that having a pet can reduce your blood pressure. I have a cat and I'd like to think that he's beneficial in that way. You can message me if you want to talk about it... I also think that stressing about your BP will make it higher. Have you tried meditating? Yoga? Relax a bit and hopefully your BP will come down on it's own. You seem to be doing all of the right things. Good luck.
A Yahoo search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies" will give you a wealth of useful information.

As you have tried quite a few remedies already perhaps your real problem is too much stress. Perhaps tranquillisers might help.
